Maayan provides the following services:

Business Account
Multi‑currency business accounts that allow you to store funds globally, convert currencies, and make both cross‑border and local transfers.
Depending on the currency and banking partner, your account may support individual IBANs or shared/pooled account details through our correspondent banking network.

Merchant Services
Merchant acquiring services that allow you to securely route funds from cardholder payments to your Maayan business account or to an account held at another bank or financial institution.
Fill the form and we will provide tailored information based on your business needs. 

No. Maayan accounts do not support cash deposits or cash withdrawals.

If you lose your access credentials, please contact our Support team at [email protected]. Our team will provide you with instructions to restore access to your account.

Do not share your account details or access codes with anyone, even if they claim to be from Maayan.

Maayan Payments will never ask you to provide sensitive information like access codes or passwords.

If you receive such a request, report it immediately to our Support team at [email protected].

You can add funds to your account via bank transfers.

To open a business account with Maayan Payments, follow these steps:

Visit the online registration page.

Enter your company details and verify your email address.
Upload the necessary corporate documents and business information as requested by our system.
Our team will review your submission and guide you on any additional requirements needed to complete your account setup.

The business account opening process can take at least five business days, depending on factors like the speed of document submission, the need for additional documents, and other considerations.

You can close your account at any time.
To request closure, you can:
– submit a 1‑month notice through your personal dashboard, or
– email us at [email protected].

Once your account is closed, it can no longer be used. You will remain responsible for any outstanding obligations related to your account, even after closure.

Yes. Maayan allows you to set up the following access levels for account users:
– read‑only access
– access to execute payments and FX operations
– access to execute payments, FX operations, and order card issuance

You can choose from several two‑factor authentication (2FA) methods when accessing your account.
1) Via the mobile application:
– Push notification in the mobile application
– SMS
– E-mail
– Google Authenticator
2) Via the web version:
– SMS
– E-mail
– Google Authenticator
You can change your authentication method at any time – either in your profile settings or during a specific login attempt.

You can choose from several two‑factor authentication (2FA) methods when authorizing your transaction.
1) Via the mobile application:
– Push notification in the mobile application
– E-mail
2) Via the web version:
– Push notification in the mobile application
– E-mail
You can change your authentication method during each authorization attempt.

The Maintenance Fee is deducted from your account on the last business day of each month.
If there are insufficient funds in the specified currency for the Maintenance Fee under the applicable Fee Schedule, we may convert funds from other currencies held in your Account to cover the fee.
The conversion will be performed at our internal exchange rate applicable on the date of conversion.

To review your payment details, follow these steps:
1. Open your dashboard and select “Add money (+)”
2. Choose the currency from the dropdown menu
3. Press the “Download” button
4. A Proof of Account Details document will be generated in PDF format.
This document contains all the information you need to make a transfer to your account.

You can retrieve this information in two ways:
1. Via the Portal:
to download a balance confirmation or account statement:
1. Log in to your dashboard and open the “Statement” section
2. Select the date range, currency and account type from the dropdown menus
3. Your balances and transaction history for the selected period will be displayed on the screen.
4. Click “Download” to export the statement.
5. A CSV file containing your account statement will be generated.

2. Via API integration:
If you have an API integration, you can retrieve:
– incoming payments
– outgoing payments
– account balances
All of these can be accessed programmatically through the API.
