Your residential address is verified using a secondary identification document. You will need to provide one of the following:
• a utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months
• a local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year
• a bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook dated within the last three months
• an original mortgage statement from a recognised lender issued for the last full year
• a council or housing association rent card or tenancy agreement for the current year
• a benefit book or original notification letter from Benefits Agency (but not if used as proof of name)
• HMRC self-assessment letters or tax demand dated within the current financial year
All documents must clearly show your full name and residential address.
If you are applying as a legal entity, you will need to complete the online Questionnaire and provide the following identification documents and information:
• the full legal name of the entity;
• the registration number;
• the registered address or principal place of business;
• a registry extract, registration certificate, or an equivalent official document issued by the relevant corporate registry
• documentation confirming the authority of the authorised representative (e.g., Power of Attorney). Powers of Attorney must be notarised or otherwise certified in accordance with the legislation of the relevant country
• the purpose of the opening the account
• Information about the business activity, including expected turnover, company size, and number of employees
If you have enabled 2‑step verification via SMS and your mobile number has changed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can update the number associated with your account.
Otherwise, the verification code will continue to be sent to your old number, and you will not be able to log in.

In the meantime, you can still access your portal.
